Sean is Partner at The North Star Financial Group and a Certified Financial Planner® professional with nearly 18 years of experience in assisting clients in meeting their financial goals. In order to achieve the Certified Financial Planner® designation, he successfully demonstrated competency in Financial Planning, Insurance Planning and Risk Management, Employee Benefits, Investment Management, Income Tax Planning, and Retirement and Estate Planning. Sean is also an avid "student" of the financial markets, and follows both the US and foreign exchanges.
Sean seeks to understand each client's individual situation and goals--and then works with them to develop a plan to work towards these goals. Sean develops straightforward plans that are often conservative in allocation, easily understood, and promptly implemented. Sean's goal is to build long-term working relationships with his clients and area businesses. Sean graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Prior to becoming a Certified Financial Planner® , Sean worked for Amtrak as a railroad conductor.
Sean has two adult sons, is involved in his local community, loves Penn State football, plays pickleball and golf, and lives in the Lower Dauphin School District. He is also an avid outdoorsman and can often be found in the woods when he is not in the office.
